Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This policy explains what ml-connector collects, how we use it, and how we protect it. It applies to the ml-connector control plane and the integration environments we run on your behalf.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, work email, company name, and workspace settings.
- Workspace configuration: the systems you choose to connect and the flows, mappings, and schedules you set up.
- Billing information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we store a customer reference and subscription status, not your card number.
- System credentials: the API keys and login details you provide so we can connect to your systems.
2. How we store system credentials
Credentials are encrypted at rest using authenticated encryption with a key scoped to your workspace. They are decrypted only at the moment they are needed to run a flow, are never sold, and are never written to logs in plaintext.
3. How we use your information
- To operate the integrations you configure and move records between your systems.
- To provide support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain an audit trail of activity in your workspace.
- To process billing and send you service and account communications.
4. Data isolation
Each paying customer runs in a dedicated, isolated environment with its own database, queue, and encryption key. Your integration data is not commingled with other customers’ data.
5. Sharing and sub-processors
We do not sell your data. We use a small set of sub-processors to run the Service, including our cloud host and our payment processor, and we exchange data with the systems you connect, only as directed by the flows you configure.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your workspace and its data; we remove it within a reasonable period after your request or after account closure, except where we must retain records to meet legal obligations.
7. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access, and per-workspace isolation. No system is perfectly secure, but reliability and data protection drive our architecture.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
10. Contact
