Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
These Terms govern your use of ml-connector (the “Service”), a managed integration platform that connects your business systems and moves records between them. By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ml-connector builds, runs, monitors, and supports integrations between the systems you connect (for example an ERP and a procurement, commerce, or payments system). We provide scheduled syncs, webhooks, automatic retries, a full audit trail, and error replay on the plans that include them.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your workspace and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate account information and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Free tier and paid plans
- The free tier is a sandbox: a demo space and a limited number of manual test syncs. It does not run scheduled or production syncs.
- Paid plans provision a dedicated integration environment for your workspace. Prices are shown on our pricing page and billed monthly.
- You can cancel at any time; paid features remain available through the end of the current billing period.
4. Your data and system credentials
To operate your integrations you authorize us to access the systems you connect, using the credentials you provide, solely to run the flows you configure. Credentials are stored encrypted. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to move data you are not authorized to access.
- Do not attempt to breach the isolation between workspaces or interfere with the Service’s operation.
- Reselling or white-labeling the Service requires a separate written agreement.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service reliable and available, and offer service levels on the plans that include them. Maintenance and occasional downtime may occur. Service-specific commitments, where offered, are set out in your plan.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” You remain responsible for reviewing the data exchanged between your systems and for the configuration of your flows and mappings.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ml-connector is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above; your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
