Your data rights
You have rights over the personal information we hold about you, and exercising them should not require a legal letter. This page sets out what those rights are, how to use them, and what happens after you ask.
The rights you have
Whatever your jurisdiction, we apply the same set of rights to everyone rather than gating them by geography:
- Access: ask what personal information we hold about you and why
- Correction: have inaccurate account information put right
- Deletion: ask us to delete your workspace and the personal information in it
- Portability: ask for a copy of your information in a usable format
- Restriction and objection: ask us to limit how we use your information
- Withdrawal: withdraw consent where our use of your information rests on it
How to make a request
Start a chat from any page on this site and say what you want. A real person handles it. There is no form to hunt for and no separate privacy address to write to, because routing a rights request through a ticket queue is how they get lost.
What we will ask you for
We will ask for enough to be confident you control the account in question. That check protects you: a rights process that hands over an account's data to whoever asks is a data breach with paperwork. We will not ask for more than is needed to establish that.
How quickly we respond
We respond promptly. If a request is complex enough to need longer, we will tell you that it needs longer and why, rather than letting it sit unanswered.
Rights over data inside your connected systems
Two different things live in two different places. Personal information about you as an ml-connector user sits with us, and this page covers it. Business records that a flow moved into your own ERP or accounting system sit in that system, under your control. For anything already written there, your own system is both the faster and the authoritative route.
If you are in the EU or the UK
Our design supports the core obligations directly. We do not sell your data, we keep a short and published sub-processor list, every record is encrypted and isolated to your own workspace, and deletion on request is a supported operation rather than a manual exception.
Common questions
- How do I request a copy of my data?
- Start a chat from any page and ask. A person will confirm you control the account and then arrange the copy.
- Do I have to be in the EU to have these rights?
- No. We apply the same rights to every customer rather than treating privacy as a regional feature.
- How long does a deletion request take?
- We remove the workspace and its dedicated environment within a reasonable period of the request, except for records we are legally required to retain.
- Can you delete records your flows wrote into my ERP?
- Those records live in your own system and are under your control. Your ERP is the faster and authoritative place to remove them.
- Who can I talk to about a privacy question?
- A real person, through the chat on this site. Privacy questions are not routed to an automated queue.
